This is a cumulative draft of what will become second book on Amazon, "My Dead Friends: Inspiring or Disappointing," after my first book, "Restoring the Great Law of Peace: How to Tell the Whole Truth." My second book is to explain what I have learned from my first 80 years of life, from My Dead Friends, and others, to validate the theme of my first book, as the Claimant King of Jerusalem Israel for the physical return of Jesus by paranormal means, possibly as the reincarnation of Israel's King David. My mission is to spread awareness about the inviolably Sovreign Cosmic Law that determines "right" and "wrong," as explained in my first book and summarized at:

The Late Most Venerable Nichidatsu Fujii, our Fujii Guruji, as he was called by one of his fans in the 1930’s, Mahatma Gandhi, who took up from him, as I did in 1976, the prayer practice of drumming the universal medicine word that Nichidatsu’s predecessor, the Japanese prophet Nichiren, predicted over 700 years ago would bring world peace and tranquility among the nations in our time now, by simply putting to voice the Na Mu Myo Ho Ren Ge Kyo. Mahatma Gandhi was whom Fujii Guruji walked with, drumming this prayer to help India’s the success of history's first non-violent spiritual political revolution,

BLESSED:
The late Ikuma Ohtsu, aka “Blessed,” was a spiritual colleague and friend who I met in the Fall of 1978 as a Japanese hippie artist named Ikuma.
He showed up mysteriously at the Trigo Street apartment where my wife since May of that year, Carolynne Fargey, had been given as a place to welcome the homeless people, “street people,” to come and eat the discarded food we acquired and prepared from the dumpsters.
As new Buddhist practitioners, we were following the Hopi Life Plan Prophecy from 1976, which led us to discover this prophesied “first helper with the sign of the Sun,” Fujii Guruji Nichidatsu. We had an altar where we practiced the chanting and drumming of the Na Mu Myo Ho Ren Ge Kyo universal peace prayer, prophesied, to bring world peace in these times now, by Japan’s Buddhist Prophet Saint Nichiren 700 years ago, Nichidatsu’s pre
My first interaction with Ikuma was when he mysteriously found our apartment and told me his story, while casually reclining on a twenty pound box of raisins that I had picked up near the Sunburst market dumpster across the parking lot from the Isla Vista Medical Center.
Then he explained he was a traveling fine artist, but after meeting so many Japanese Buddhist followers of Fujii Guruji, I was surprised that Ikuma did not respond according to their “Japanese” mannerisms, like not returning the palms together gesture of greeting with respect.
At our first meeting, Ikuma told me he wanted to go out to the Chumash spiritual camp near Point Concepcion. I had recently been out there with my teacher friend Nippashi who was then staying out there, after just returning from walking the American Indian Movement’s “Longest Walk” from SF to DC. I had recently met the Chumash camp’s attorney Marc McGinnes who explained the protocol for those who wanted to visit in support of their mission to stop the proposed construction of a nearby dangerous LNG terminal on the Chumash people’s most sacred area where they believe the human souls enter the bodies at birth and leave from there upon death of the body.
With this understanding I arranged for Ikuma to visit the camp for a few days. When he came back he explained his psychedelic experience there after taking psilocybin mushrooms. He told me he was quitting being an artist, and he gave me his Japanese fine art brushes as a symbol of his faith.
I had the feeling he was inspired by our religious faith, inspired by our Hopi Life Plan Prophecy experiences in 1976 which led us to discover Fujii Guruji as the “first helper” with the sign of the Sun and his Japanese Buddhism.
I was struck by the story in Guruji’s biography about how all the books about Jesus fell off the shelves and piled all over him when he was pondering where to start his monastic studies.
After that Ikuma disappeared from town. Some months later, after maybe a year, he resurfaced in town going by the name of “Blessed, ”wearing white robes and walking the streets of Santa Barbara, preaching with his ever present Bible, quoting intuitively selected passages to anyone who would listen.
I would often see him preaching to the homeless and the hopeless in De La Guerra Plaza outside city hall, usually offering food and marijuana that he bought daily, apparently from a trust fund he had.
One time he explained his family thought he was crazy, but let him take out $500 per month from the ATM, which he would use for a cheap hotel at night and share the rest with “his flock,” the poor and homeless, just like I imagined Jesus would do if he had lots of money.
Over the years I would periodically encounter Blessed during my time practicing the drumming prayer of Na Mu Myo Ho Ren Ge Kyo, not only in Santa Barbara or at a Rainbow Family Gathering. Once in 1984 Blessed showed up in Albuquerque at the camp of our Rainbow Peace Caravan, preaching from his Bible very intuitively, when I was on the way to pray with the White House Peace Pole to the Dallas Republican Nation Convention which nominated President Reagan for his second term.
Another time Blessed showed up, coincidentally in spiritual support, because Iraq had just invaded Kuwait. He was preaching vigorously from his Bible loudly ranting directly at the White House in mid-August of 1990, just after Iraq invaded Kuwait on August 2nd, praying to avert the war to come.
I had just flown there from Santa Barbara, also praying to avert the Iraq war, unsuccessfully. But with the help of my friend William Thomas from the anti-nuclear Peace Park Vigil across the street on Pennsylvania Avenue, I was able to deliver a letter I wrote to the Iraqi Embassy for Saddam Hussein.
Shortly thereafter, Saddam responded to my letter, agreeing with my plan to bring Mohawk Chief Jake Swamp on a peace mission to plant a Tree of Peace in Iraq, as a symbol of the Great Law of Peace, to unite all the nations in peace per the Iroquois precedent of a thousand years ago. Chief Swamp had agreed to go, until President Bush’s US war on Iraq started. Then he had to cancel our planned peace mission which was called “Operation Burning Bush.”
The October 12th date for this first annual memorial picnic was chosen because on October 12, 2024, the traditional Columbus Day, Blessed’s daughter Watsuki dedicated a plaque on a memorial tree on State Street where Blessed’s famous “weed Jesus” video was filmed. The La Mesa Park location was chosen because that’s where I last saw Blessed, pushing a loaded shopping cart to his nearby apartment from the adjacent Lazy Acres Market. When I explained that I was there to write my first book in this peaceful park, he gave me a $100 dollar bill.
Blessed and I were close spiritual colleagues, even though he was averse to my Buddhist prayer practice. Perhaps because we never discussed its origin in my embracing the Hopi Life Plan Prophecy, which led me to find Fujii Guruji’s and learn about his experience of Jesus. He was overwhelmed by all the books that mysteriously fell all over him from the monastery library book shelves when he began his religious education, all about Jesus Christ, which he took as “a sign” to read them all, which informed his decision to later become a Buddhist monk.
My personal experiences about Jesus Christ have informed my Christian Faith, inspired by Blessed’s example of a true Disciple of Jesus Christ, and as the founder of the:

WILLIAM THOMAS
William Thomas, initiated in 1981 the still ongoing 24/7/365 White House Anti-Nuclear Peace Park Vigil in Washington DC’s Lafayette Square, promoting Abolition of Nuclear Weapons and Environmental Restoration with the US Nuclear Disarmament and Economic Conversion Act, now in Congress sponsored by Congresswoman Eleanor Holmes Norton. If passed into law and signed by President Trump, that would require the United States to immediately stop all nuclear weapons funding “once all nations agree,” and redirect nuclear weapons funding to peaceful technologies like implementing the available Free Energy Technologies,

A Citizens Peaceful Energy Plan, for
William Thomas Memorial
prop1.org/peacefulenergy.htm
I finally found this link to William Thomas’s historic narrative of our “Peaceful Energy Saga” of 1998-99. Re-reading it had me laughing in tears a few times over his wry humor discussing our successful adventures with the US Dept of Energy.
One result of this “Saga” was a 1998 grant given to me by Thomas Bearden’s “Association of Distinguished American Scientists” to buy the part to upgrade my computer so I could see websites.
Due to William Thomas’ dogged determination, his amazing memory and attention to detail, for the first time in history the DoE provided scientific validation of the still suppressed Peaceful Energy Technologies to replace nuclear and fossil fuel power, to ameliorate nuclear wastes, and end the wars over energy resources, as per his Prop1.org vision.
His narrative at this link covers our collaborations on this DoE Major Revelation, which at that time was the raging news of the new energy community, especially those familiar with the topics of “free energy technologies”, “cold fusion (LENR)” and/or the work of scientists including Adam Trombly, Bruce DePalma, Andrew Mount, Thomas Bearden, Hal Fox, Eugene Mallove, and Harold Puthoff who was named as the lead DoE consultant on these developing technologies to harness what DePalma’s experiments documented as the “energy field in the space in which matter resides”, which quantum physicists like Puthoff call ZPE, the “Zero Point Energy of the quantum vacuum flux,” and which others like Richard C. Hoagland’s team attribute to a “hyper-dimensional energy field”.
Thomas’ narrative at this link is well worth the often entertaining read, following his links from one short page to the next until the last page with an article by Jeane Manning; includes technical DoE scientific response letter with references, and his letters on all this to Washington DC Congresswoman Eleanor Holmes Norton who has repeatedly but unsuccessfully introduced into each Congress the latest version of Thomas’ legacy, Proposition One for Global Nuclear Disarmament and Economic Conversion:
prop1.org
prop1.org/peacefulenergy.htm
Shortly after I met Thomas about ten years earlier, after briefing him on all this, he suggested the creation of a Proposition Two, which would apply some of the money saved by abolishing nuclear weapons to the development of these “free energy technologies”.
In the latest version of Prop1 this is covered, referenced among various “Carbon-Free and Non-Nuclear Energy Technologies.”

NIPPASHI
The late Masao Nippashi, Nipponzan Myohoji Buddhist disciple of Fujii Guruji, Mahatma Gandhi’s nickname for his revered teacher, the Most Venerable Nichidatsu Fujii.
I met Nippashi in November 1976, and took up the Tenku Celestial prayer drum and the Na Mu Myo Ho Ren Ge Kyo prayer from him on December 8, 1976.
His Buddhist disciples usually dined on waste dumpster food, so he taught me about dumpster diving for the first time after that.
I organized my first peace prayer walk, with his agreement and which he led for over a week from Santa Barbara to Santa Monica to introduce the Hopi Interpreter Thomas Banyacya to Fujii Guruji’s disciples.
Nippashi walked the prayer drumming four times across the US, on the Continual Walk for Social Justice and Disarmament in 1976, on the American Indian Movement’s Longest Walk in 1978, on the Long Walk for Survival in 1980, and on the World Peace March to the United Nations 1982 Special Session on Disarmament with Fujii Guruji which ended with over a million people gathered in Central Park to witness 3min of Fujii Guruji and his disciples chanting and drumming the Na Mu Myo Ho Ren Ge Kyo universal peace prophesied 700 years ago to bring peace in our time by putting it to voice.
Nippashi introduced me to the Los Angeles Nipponzan Myohoji Temple where I became one of the founding members in 1977.
We worked closely together in Santa Barbara over the years, with the Chumash at their Point Concepcion, with Lakota Chief Archie Fire Lame Deer and his sweat lodge ceremonies and his later abandoned plan we proposed for a 1987 walk from Santa Barbara to the South Dakota ceremony of the once every century opening of the original Buffalo Calf Pipe Bundle.
Nippashi embraced the Lakota spiritual practices including the Sundance ceremony in which he participated many times at Big Mountain under Chief Leonard Crow Dog.

BANYACYA
Thomas Banyacya, my mentor since 1976 and the Hopi Independent Nation official interpreter since 1948, who coined the term of Hopi Prophecy to represent the Hopi Life Plan, author of the Hopi Declaration of Peace, all explained at:
global-emergency-alert-response.net/tbhopi.html
I met Thomas Banyacya on May 28, 1976, when he delivered his Hopi Prophecy presentation at a home in Santa Barbara. Then he gave me a copy of his extremely influential Hopi Declaration of Peace, which I read carefully over and over, about a hundred times afterwards at the Paradise Campground. At our first meeting Banyacya made eye contact with me only once, but very intensely for less than a minute while he explained the part of the Hopi Prophecy about “the true white brother coming to the Hopi Land very soon, a wearing a red cap or red cloak and bringing many new inventions.”
By then I knew that my Tetron theory would result in many new inventions, like the Free Energy Technologies to replace nuclear and fossil fuel power, devices to produce water and neutralize radioactivity, so I went to Banyacya’s home on the US Bicentennial 4th of July in 1976 and delivered these predictions in writing to him, wearing my white chemist’s lab coat dyed red per the “Fire Sign from God” received on that Flag Day, June 14,1976.
Over the years, I arranged several events for Banyacya including a few meetings for him with HH Dalai Lama with the help of my friend, the Zen Buddhist Monk Reverend Yusen Yamato, who escorted Thomas to his United Nations ceremony to “open the door to the House of Mica” in October 1991 which resulted in the fulfillment of the Hopi Prophecy since 1948 when the Hopi and other indigenous leaders addressed the UN General Assembly on December 10, 1992. wikipedia.org/wiki/Thomas_Banyacya

HIJAY
Hijay Enselmo Tulku: Padme Sambava
Tibetan Buddhism’s Founder Reincarnated
One of the most interesting elders I have met in Santa Barbara was born in Leh, Ladahk, just west of Tibet. His name was Hijay. He was an enslaved survivor of the Auschwitz death camp where he was imprisoned with his fraternal twin sister. They were spared death only because they were monitored by the infamous Nazi twins experiments.
All the rest of his family were killed there, including his eleven other siblings.
Hijay has such a fascinating story, because of why he was here in Santa Barbara and what he did after his release at the end of WWII. He found out late in life that he was a Tulku, a reincarnated Tibetan Lama.
Hijay was present in 1974 with the Lamas accompanying His Holiness the Karmapa during his visit to the Hopi Land. He was witness to the meeting in the Hopi Kiva when the Hopi and Tibetans compared their languages.
They discovered a great mystery. The Tibetan and Hopi languages are so similar they could understand one another! Some words were the same but reversed. The words for Sun and Moon were like that, Dawa and Mooya.
I was quite astonished to note, both Hijay and the Hopi Interpreter Thomas Banyacya had the same unique eye coloration, brown eyes with the same thick gray ring around the iris.
We had a common fascination for the Hopi Life Plan Prophecy and itsit’s predicted future of peace and harmony for all.
I had seen Hijay first in Santa Barbara when he was using his nom de guerre of Leon Davis in early 1977. He rented a room from Walter Klopfenstein who had welcomed me to camp in a tent on his land as part of his Dharma Home Community, in early 1976 after I spent most of 1975 in a Guadalajara Prison for a handful of cannabis.
That was during the period when the Karmapa was visiting Santa Barbara and conducted the Tibetan Black Hat Ceremony followed by the Buddhist Refuge Ceremony when Carolynne and I received Tibetan names, Karma Tsering Choeden (hers) and Karma Tsering Thrchen (mine), on March 5, 1977.
Then we recognized the Karmapa as fulfilling the part of the Hopi Prophecy as the Second Helper with the two signs of the swastika and the double dorje, both of which were on the Tonka tapestry hanging from his throne.
global-emergency-alert-response.net/tbhopi.htm
Just three months before, we encountered Fujii Guruji’s disciple Masao Nippashi and recognized the First Helper with the Sign of the Sun.
They used the Buddha’s drumming prayer to purify the minds of the people to bring peace and harmony among them and all the nations, the Na Mu Myo Ho Ren Ge Kyo.
At that Refuge Ceremony, where we formally accepted Buddhism by “taking refuge” in the Buddha, Dharma and Sangha (the fellowship of believers), in a part of the ceremony they cut a few strands of our hair and they were placed on top of the pile. We were the last two at the end.
Because we had arrived at the ceremony beating the Tenku Prayer Drums walking and praying with a Japanese Buddhist Monk, and I was still wearing my red chemist’s lab coat, we kind of “stuck out”.
That is when a strange thing happened. As part of the Black Hat Ceremony we walked by the Karmapa and we were given a special braided “empowerment cord” about the length of a necklace, of unusual color of red.
A day or so later I discovered a mass of identically colored yarn placed in front of Carolynne’s car, which had a decal on the back window with the Tibetan double dorje symbol, a shape looking like a four leafed clover.
I took this ball of yarns, marveling at its color, to my friend Master Karol’s Tai Chi Chuan Academy, to discuss this strange thing that happened. The yarns appeared to have been thoroughly scrunched up like they had been wet and then squeezed continuously until they dried.
Since the Karmapa’s sect is known for mystical things I was doubly perplexed. I decided to see if the ball of yarns was one long yarn, or pieces of yarns. When I started unraveling them I realized there were a number of pieces. The first ones I pulled apart were connected by strands of my own hair, same color and thinness as we both verified with mouths agape in surprise!
It was years later that I got acquainted with Hijay, but I remembered seeing him during this time when I would walk beating my Tenku prayer drum around the neighborhood.
It was close to Summer of 1990 when I started seeing Hijay around town, homeless, starting when he and my friend Blessed, the white robed Jesus Christ disciple, both showed up at the camp we had maintained for while, behind the slough by Hendry’s Beach.
For a few years I would see Hijay around town and we would often chat, so I got to know his incredible story.
Hijay’s mother was an adventurous German woman who traveled widely disguised as a man. She met Hijay's Ladahki father, when they fell in love and raised 13 children including Hijay and his fraternal twin sister. By the 1930’s she got home-sick and they all went to visit her homeland.
Happy and excited with their experience in Germany they went to a parade when Adolph Hitler picked the family out of the crowd, for being of mixed race and sent them to Auschwitz.
One night they mustered everyone into the courtyard. In the bright lights he saw they had his mother on display, crucified as an example of their hatred for her marrying a different race. When Hijay’s father saw this, he ran into the electric fence and killed himself.
After they were liberated, his sister found work as a translator. Hijay’s mind was so twisted by his experience he became a mercenary soldier, first in the French Foreign Legion. Then he spent 20 years killing people all over the world.
At some point he got fed up and wanted to make a change. He said he started hitchhiking from the East Coast, with just two shoulder bags. In one he had a Uzi machine gun, and in the other had a million dollars in cash. On the way he changed his mind and decided he wanted to help people instead of killing them.
By the time he got to Berkeley, California, he had given to strangers about 90% of the money.
Then he noticed a building that had the same color pattern he remembered as boy in Ladahk, so he went to investigate. It was a Tibetan Buddhist building housing a prominent monk who recognized Hijay as the reincarnation of his own former teacher in his past life.
Hijay had a hard time believing this. So they brought out a basket of things, among which were implements the previous Lama used. Hijay explained when he sorted through the items, the ones that belonged to him in his past life were evident to him by touching them. These were verified by the monk who was now Hijay’s teacher and was Hijay’s student in his previous life.
That’s why he went to Hopi land and met Banyacya and they both noticed their unique eye coloration.
The most amazing part of the story is who Hijay was in his past lifetimes. In one he was Padme Sambava, the monk who originally brought Buddhism to Tibet from India.
I made an audio recording and a video recording by Hijay of this story, shortened here.
I could not corroborate these details, but at one event we were at together, Hijay pointed out his teacher sitting nearby. I didn’t talk with him but Hijay said he was the head of the order of monks that do the Tibetan sand mandalas and is the Dalai Lama’s brother.
What I can say from my own experience is what happened in the Summer of 1994. I had rented an apartment so I could work all hours for my brother Bryan selling his chemical safety training program to golf courses around the country, sometimes starting calling at 3am to the East coast.
Hijay visited me there a few times when I was able to explain the pictures on my altar of Fujii Guruji and Satya Sai Baba.
He was not familiar with Sai Baba so I gave him a short book about him. The next he sought me out urgently, to give me back the book. He was behaving oddly so I asked why. He said he had taken the book and read it all the way through, then fell asleep. Since it was a hot summer night he slept in a motel with just a sheet covering him. What kind of freaked him out was, when he awoke Sai Baba’s fragrant vibuhti ashes had materialized all over the sheet that covered him. When I saw him a couple of days later he showed me that more vibuhti was materializing in his pockets.
I randomly discovered on June 16, 2023, which is coincidentally the 78th anniversary of the first atomic bomb explosion, one of Sri Sathya Sai Baba’s third and final incarnations as the Prema Sai Baba Avatar.
I saw some YouTube videos of two of these Prema Sai Baba’s performing the same kind of “miracles” as he did as Sathya Sai, directly materializing objects from the “zero point energy field,” from thin air, vibuhti, metal objects, etc.
It has greatly reinforced my faith in the Almighty Divine God, since visiting and witnessing these things in 1996, as explained here:

JAI DAEMION
Jai (Jonathan) Daemion, who I met in 1974, at the All One Family Union Christmas Gathering in Ojai. He was a New Age style healing practitioner and an accomplished musician.
I decided to go to his “Healing Gathering” because I had seen a nice Flyer about it posted in Isla Vista with enough of his handwriting to make me want to meet the brilliant person who wrote it, after my deep study of GraphoAnalysis which quantifies the human mind.
I convinced him to take me with him and was arrested with him in Mexico on our way to a yoga retreat, for a handful of marijuana. I took responsibility and spent 9.5 months in Guadalajara State Penitentiary. He introduced me to the Rainbow Family Gatherings in Spring of 1976. He hosted the All One Family Union Gathering on the Summer Solstice in 1976 where my future wife Carolynne and I dyed our lab coats red, on the way to the Hopi land to meet Banyacya. Jai assembled and sent me a computer in 2005 along with his healing book and recorded music.

BRUCE DePALMA
Bruce Eldridge DePalma:
I think of my dear friend and late colleague Bruce DePalma as the 20th Century Galileo, because his early experiments on rotation and precision proved, for the first time since Galileo, that a rotating object falls faster than a non-rotating object. That discovery led him to do more experiments documenting anomalous behavior of rotating and precessing objects, eg, polarization of inertia, loss of mass, that eventually led to his independent discovery of his n-Machine in 1977 as an over-unity homopolar generator.
Bruce had been teaching physics and electronics at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology while working for the Polaroid corporation inventing 3-D photography.
I met Bruce in May 1979, after my father in law, Bob Fargey, drew my attention to a current Santa Barbara News Press article mentioning DePalma’s free energy discovery. Bob told me it reminded him of his relative in Canada who was in the news for his invention of an unexplainable centrifugal propulsion device that powered a canoe without touching the water, Roy Thornsen.
When I met Bruce, he had a photograph of Sathya Sai Baba on his desk.
Free energy technology makes this peaceful revolution possible.
A University of California at Santa Barbara 1983 interview by UCSB Daily Nexus Staff Writer Evette Justus quoting Bruce DePalma, local physicist and scientist:
"All the bombs, all the missiles, and all the guns came out of the minds of physicists."
"A peaceful revolution can occur providing we can free ourselves from the oppression which is dominating us and controlling our day to day existence. This oppression is the necessity to make payments to a system which gives us the energy to heat our homes, transport ourselves, brings our food and fertilizer to grow our food, and makes the plastic that goes into our clothes. When we can be released from that we well have a choice. And this can be the only revolution - a peaceful revolution and free energy technology makes this peaceful revolution possible."

This website is intended to disseminate knowledge and accurate information relating to the Pre-Existent Primordial Field of the Universe - a sea of "free energy", which permeates all. The N-1 Homopolar Generator (pictured below) - invented by Bruce DePalma (1935 - 1997) - is an example of the type of device which is able to "plug in" to this Free Energy source and eliminate the need for the continued use of fossil fuels and the consequent damage to our only home - Earth.
These devices - and many others like it - have been shown to possess "over-unity" characteristics, i.e. the energy output is more than 100% of the energy required to operate these devices. It is our hope that in the near future Free Energy will enable mankind to progress from a state of dependence to one of abundance.
These devices are not "perpetual motion machines" nor do they violate the energy conservation law - that energy can never be created or destroyed (only changed in form) in a closed system. Instead, these devices create space-time conditions whereby energy available at deeper levels of the structure of the universe are made accessible to us in more practical forms such as electrical or mechanical energy. Further, these devices do not operate in a closed system as discussed in the energy conservation law, but rather the "open system" of the entire universe.
Bruce DePalma graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1954, and was an MIT lecturer, a senior scientist at the Polaroid Land Corporation, and a profound scientific thinker. Upon deep reflection and experimentation, he discovered heretofore unknown anomalous phenomena associated with rotating objects which had profound implications for our understanding of physics and energy technology.
He dedicated the rest of his life to advancing that technology and understanding, designing and building a series of N-Machines with the ultimate goal of providing clean and unlimited energy technology to the world. The papers and documents at this website chronicle his experiments, discoveries, inventions, and reflections on the journey of advancing that goal. Some of the work of other related researchers is also included at this website.

TEWARI
Sri Paramahamsa Tewari: Once I had made arrangements for Tewari to meet with another Sai Baba fan, Dr Brian O’Leary, with the intention of their visit with Baba might further the implementation of the Free Energy Technologies by the Government of India with help from the President of India, Abdul Kalam, who had previously worked for Tewari. We corresponded over a few years and Tewari sent me his book, “Space Power Generation,” in time for me to include in my UCSB Cliff House 1997 Conference, briefing for the science advisor to HH Dali Lama, featuring the latest Free Energy research reports including one by Dr Robert Kincheloe about his successful retesting of DePalma’s original n-Machine.
One of India’s many Sathya Baba devotees, and Free Energy Technologies inventor Parahamsa Tewari, who was inspired by the American Sai Baba fan and n-Machine Free Energy Generator inventor, Bruce DePalma, the nemesis of the prominent Theoretical Physicist John Wheeler whom Tewari also credits for supporting his work. Wheeler had earlier dishonesty debunked DePalma’s experiments proving that when a spinning ball given the same upward thrust as a non-spinning ball, the spinning one goes higher, falls faster, and hits the ground before the non-spinning ball.
With a January 19, 2003, India newspaper article, I had put a plan into motion with the intent of setting up a meeting in India with Tewari and Sai Baba, and Brian O’Leary for whom Baba had previously manifested objects like rings to give to him. It turned out the President of India then was also a prominent Sai Baba devotee so I had hoped we could get the Indian President to meet Tewari and O’Leary and get his help, to help implement Free Energy Technologies in India.
Brian caught a cold after his arrival in India and could not travel so the plan had to be abandoned.
Sometime after that, Tewari told me that the President of India had previously worked for Tewari and that their custom in India is that Tewari could never seek the President’s help for anything because this would be prohibited by this custom, because Tewari had once been his superior.

Paramahamsa Tewari
In a tiny room in a Bombay suburb, an electrical engineer works on a machine that seems to have been conceived in a Sci-Fi book - a generator which can ostensibly produce electricity from nothing. But the machine's creator, Paramahamsa Tewari, 51, is not an eccentric inventor from one of Sukumar Ray's fantastic tales. He is a senior engineer with the Department of Atomic Energy's Nuclear Power Corporation (NPC).
Tewari created a minor sensation 10 years ago when he propounded the theory that space is filled with a dynamic medium whose swirling motion is the source of all matter and energy. He called it the Space Vortex Theory (SVT) which postulated that at the heart of the electron was a void whose high speed rotation within a vacuum could produce energy from space.
Interestingly, it was the Theosophical Society which had first published Tewari's theory by arranging a special lecture in 1977 at Adyar in Madras. The theosophists were excited by Tewari's ideas since they were remarkably close to observations about the electron put forward by Annie Besant's associate, the clairvoyant Charles W. Leadbeater, in the book Occult Chemistry.
However, the first indication that Tewari's ideas about the structure of space were more than just a mystic vision came earlier this year at a conference in Hanover organised by the German Association of Gravity Field Energy. The Space Power Generator (SPG) invented by Tewari won the first prize of Rs 25,000 from among 25 similar machines presented at the conference by scientists from all over.
Tewari's generator is actually a simple machine, consisting basically of a magnetized cylinder rotating at high speed with the help of a motor. Power from this device is extracted by connecting a wire between the surface of the cylinder and its axis. According to the engineer-inventor, the SPG produces two-and-a-half to three-and-a-half times more power than it consumes, defying the basic physical law of conservation of energy which says that the output of energy cannot be more than the input.
Tewari says the excess power comes from the inter-atomic space of the rotating cylinder - it is the movement of the "voids" in the spinning cylinder which creates additional energy out of the space between the machine's axis and the magnet.
Tewari readily admits that his theory sounds incredible taking into account the existing laws and that he would never have developed it had he been trained as a physicist and not an engineer, since it is so divergent from conventional physics. But, he says, it would have been difficult for him to go on with work on the SVT and the generator were it not for encouragement from two US physicists, John A. Wheeler, director of the Centre for Theoretical Physics at the University of Texas, Austin, and Bruce DePalma, formerly a lecturer in physics at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
"But for DePalma, I wouldn't have been able to tie up my theory." says Tewari. "He was working on similar ideas and kept sending his results to me." Though Tewari, who is slated for transfer to the NPC's Kaiga Project in Karnataka as chief project engineer, has pursued his interest in physics in his spare time, he has received infrastructural support from the NPC for putting together his extraordinary new machine. The SPG was built under Tewari's supervision at the Tarapur Atomic Plant. "Tewari's prototype SPG can be considered a major breakthrough." says S.L. Kati, managing director of NPC.
Before leaving for Hanover, Tewari addressed a meeting of scientists and engineers at the Bhaba Atomic Research Centre on his theory. But most physicists remained skeptical about his findings. Undaunted, he is experimenting with a new model of the SPG since his return, which he feels will be an improvement. He eventually hopes to create a prototype for a generator which could deliver 50 kw to 100 kw of electricity.
The Generator: Futuristic fantasy
"The encouragement I received abroad has been a great help, and hopefully within a year, I will be able to build an experimental model which could ultimately prove commercially viable," he says. Tewari, of course, is not the only engineer hoping to build the ultimate power generation machine - one which will run perpetually since it will extract energy from space - as the Hanover conference demonstrated.
In fact, DePalma, the first inventor to create such a machine, is presently conducting experiments in California in anticipation of a breakthrough which could lead to commercial production. Their work promises to create ultimately a machine which appears to come straight out of a futuristic fantasy.

“Paramahamsa Tewari, author, inventor, and retired Executive Director (Nuclear Projects) of the Nuclear Power Corporation of India (NPCIL), passed away on November 27, 2017, in his hometown region close to Varanasi. Mr. Tewari, who was 80, is survived by his wife, and three children. A B.Sc. Engineering graduate from Benares Hindu University, he had a career over four decades with NPCIL. His pioneering contributions, however, extend beyond his professional career. He is the author of a revolutionary theory in physics, the Space Vortex Theory (SVT), and a number of books on the same, that won early commendation by Nobel Laureates in physics. His theory led him to invent the Tewari Reactionless Generator (T-RLG), a high-efficiency electrical generator.”
"Paramahamsa Tewari was born on January 6, 1937, and graduated in Electrical Engineering in 1958 from Benaras Engineering College, India, and held responsible positions in large engineering construction organizations, mostly in Nuclear Projects of the Department of Atomic Energy, India. He was also deputed abroad for a year at Douglas Point Nuclear Project, Canada. He retired in 1997 from his position as Executive Nuclear Director, Nuclear Power Corporation, Department of Atomic Energy, India, and is the former Project Director of the Kaiga Atomic Power Project."
Fundamentals of physics attracted Tewari’s imaginations right from the early school and college days. Over the last two decades his new ideas on the basic nature of space, energy, and matter have concretized into definite shape from which a new theory (Space Vortex Theory) has emerged. The theory reveals the most basic issue of relationship between space and matter precisely pinpointing that space is a more fundamental entity than matter. The physical significance of mass, inertia, gravitation, charge and light are revealed by extending the analysis in the theory beyond material properties and into the substratum of space, which again is broken down into fieldless voids, thus showing the limit to which a physical theory can possibly reach. The real universe is shown to be opposite to the current concepts of concrete-matter and empty space.
"He has lectured as invited speaker in international conferences in Germany, USA, and Italy on the newly discovered phenomenon of Space Power Generation.
"For the practical demonstration of generation of electrical power from the medium of space, Tewari has built Space Power Generators that operate at over-unity efficiency, thereby showing that the space medium indeed is the source of generation of basic forms of energy."
Tewari was a life-force that burned bright with innate curiosity about the physical and spiritual worlds, deep conviction in the power of creativity, and an entrepreneurial spirit and approach to problem-solving. He was committed to the broad upliftment of society, particularly the underprivileged, and meaningful employment for talent. Animal cruelty prevention was a cause dear to his beliefs. With people, he was personable and interested in their individuality. Somewhat of a raconteur, he enjoyed recounting anecdotal stories from everyday life. Nature was a source of inspiration for him. Building a boat by hand with a friend, a love of sports, driving through the Himalayas multiple times in his less-than-powerful Standard Herald sedan, were each fueled by his adventuresome spirit. NORMAN PAULSEN
Norman Paulsen was the founder of the Santa Barbara Sunburst Community, Suburst.org. He reports in his 1980 first edition autobiography, a ride to Jupiter with some space beings who told him telepathically that the ship’s power and propulsion was produced by an assembly of two magnetic discs rotating in opposite directions. They told him that one half of this power plant would be a superior source of electricity for Earth.
I received the first edition that autobiography, “Sunburst: Return of the Ancients,” from Norman’s own hands in 1980, on my way to help start The Longest Walk from San Francisco to Washington DC, when I introduced Fujii Guruji’s disciple Rev Yoshida to Norman who then agreed to donate Sunburst land to build a Buddhist Peace Pagoda, since Norman’s father was a Buddhist priest.
Norman’s stories in that book include some of his deep meditation experiences, some lasting for hours before returning to waking consciousness.
Some of these experiences were astonishing and paranormal, because when he “awoke” in each case a physical object had materialized paranormally in his hand. Once it was a large seed from a tree someone told him was likely from a large topical tree. In the other case it was some kind of ancient looking coin that was unidentified. Both of these objects had photographs in the book.
These courageously and sincerely reported experiences by Norman, an original direct disciple of Paramansa Yogananda, remind me of my experience in 1996 in India, where I witnessed the direct materialization of physical objects by Sri Sathya Sai Baba, as explained at:
global-emergency-alert-response.net/india96.html
Norman also reported a life changing visionary experience in his book about his body being subsumed by the body of Jesus Christ.
Norman reported having many instances of his encounters with extraterrestrial beings, after his earlier marriage to the daughter of George Van Tassel who build the Integratron.
The Integratron is a 38 feet tall cupola structure with a diameter of 55 feet designed by ufologist and contactee George Van Tassel. Van Tassel claimed the Integratron was capable of rejuvenation, anti-gravity and time travel.
This was the background of his experiences which Norman blended into his Kriya Yoga Meditation training techniques adapted from his meditation training directly from Yogananda, the Christ Consciousness meditation system of Sunburst.
When Norman first saw the diagram of Bruce DePalma’s magnetized flywheel n-Machine, he recognized that was what the space beings told him.
Without knowing more, he sponsored the construction of the first n-Machine in 1979 in Santa Barbara, built in the Sunburst machine shop. That original device is still stored with the Sunburst Community in its latest location in Buellton, California.
When DePalma and Paulsen parted ways in early 1981, Norman kept that original n-Machine and had its performance as an “incremental over unity” Free Energy Generator retested and verified in the 1986 report by Stanford University professor emeritus in electrical engineering Dr Robert Kincheloe PhD.
It was two years after DePalma’s “Archimedes Moment” when he jumped of his bath and ran to his table, inspired to make that first n-Machine schematic drawing that found its way to Norman. Only later did DePalma find out that Michael Faraday had independently discovered this effect, but didn’t realize its free energy potential, in his 1832 report of the homopolar motor generator principle.
DePalma’s prediction and n-Machine design was based on his years of experience documenting anomalous behavior of rotating and precessing objects, starting with his discovery as a physics teacher at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He photographed with a strobe light the relative trajectories of a spinning vs non-spinning ball bearing, proving a ball spinning at 18k rpm, given the same thrust, went higher, fell faster, and hit the ground first. This means that unknown to Norma Paulsen, Bruce DePalma was the first scientist since Galileo who answered his physics student’s question about whether Galileo’s dropping the rock from the Tower of Pisa would have had a different result, if one rock was spinning and one not spinning.
Once in 1990, I met with Norman on his sailing ship in Oxnard harbor. I completely explained my experiences in the Hopi Land, talking non-stop uninterrupted for two hours relaying my story at:
global-emergency-alert-response.net/history.html
The leading authority on the history of the suppression of the free energy technologies since Nikola Tesla’s time is Dr. Steve Greer MD, of the Disclosure Project who just had a press conference about this on June 12, 2023, (see YouTube for 3 hr video).
Dr Greer talked at the premiere of his July 8, film release of “The Lost Century and How to Reclaim It” where he also mentioned his CE5 project:
youtu.be/8FKtI1cal4U
CE5 means “Close Encounters of the 5th Kind,” the program he has initiated where he trains groups with remote viewing meditation techniques for “human initiated contact with extraterrestrial civilizations,” CE5.
When I visited Sunburst for their weekly Sunday meditation and prayer service, I spoke to Norman Paulsen’s widow, Patricia, after the free community brunch to suggest she invite Dr Greer to conduct a CE5 session at Sunburst.

JACK HERER
I met Jack Herer in 1995 at the Las Angeles Radio studio after his interview with Chris Conrad by their host Roy Tuckman. I had received and read Jack’s landmark epic book edited by Chris Conrad that documented and first exposed the suppressed story about “Hemp and the Marijuana Conspiracy,” the book with that subtitle called “The Emperor Wears No Clothes.”
After that meeting I worked closely with Jack to help him spread his message about how widespread hemp cultivation could “save the planet” because of its applications for the overall majority of Earth’s paper, food (high protein hemp seeds better than peanuts), fuel and biofuels to replace petroleum, fabrics, cordage, and medicines.
I helped him get his “hemp marijuana legalization initiatives” onto the California Ballot, including the CA Proposition One Medical Marijuana initiative he and Dennis Peron got passed in 1996. That year in February I met Dennis when we met with Jack to finalize their agreement to combine efforts to get the medical marijuana issue on the ballot. That was while my friend Dean House and I staffed the 24/4 Voter Registration 30’ long gazebo on the sidewalk next to the West Los Angeles Federal Building.
After that I often visited Jack at his apartment in Van Nuys and met his new wife Jeannie Herer and his assistant Thelma.
I hosted a conference on hemp at the Santa Barbara Public Library featuring Jack Herer, and Dr David Bearman MD about the medical benefits of marijuana and it’s use to help end opioid addictions.
I spent over 7 years as an internet activist working on the Dennis Kucinich for President Campaign which ended when Dennis was to meet with Jack Herer and a cerebral palsy patient who came from another state to stay with Jack for the relief marijuana gave him. But while he was driving with Jack and Eddy Lepp to speak at the Kucinich for President Rally, and get his support, the event was cancelled because Kucinich dropped out of the race. I had arranged that with Kucinich via his wife Elizabeth.
I last visited with Jack and Jeannie Herer with my wife Carolynne over Christmas 2006. Then he gave me a copy of the latest version of his book, and the forms I needed to collect signatures to get his latest “hemp full legalization initiative” on the California Ballot.

BRIAN O’LEARY
Dr. Brian O’Leary PhD, physicist, astronomer, author of several books including about Sai Baba and the physics of consciousness, teacher of mind-over-matter spoon bending like Uri Geller, Free Energy Technology Champion, participated in my second Global Crisis Solutions Conference at UC Berkeley with his fellow Cal Berkeley Alumnus Fred Wood.
I met Brian O’Leary after his speaking engagement in a Las Vegas hotel where I had brought my friend Dean House along. We discussed our mutual interest in developing the Free Energy Technologies and he gave me a copy of one of his books. After that I worked to promote his work on the science of consciousness, my special field of interest. He is in many videos on YouTube.
I last saw him when I took him to the Los Angeles airport, the day after our third Global Crisis Solutions Conference on September 11, 2001, at CSUN, on his to fly to France. By the time he landed the news was worldwide about the NYC Twin Towers attack.
A few years earlier I had arranged for Brian to coordinate his planned trip to India with a visit to meet Sai Baba along with Tewari, to seek His blessing to bring the Free Energy Technologies to the President of India who also knew Sai Baba. Again, mysteriously, as he was flying to India, the Challenger Space Shuttle blew up. Because one of the astronauts killed was from India, and because Brian was trained as an astronaut, the local press overwhelmed him with interviews, he got sick and had to abandon that plan.
Brian was the author of several books, including three which comprise his New Science Trilogy, "Exploring Inner and Outer Space," "The Second Coming of Science," and "Miracle in the Void.
The last of these three, "Miracle in the Void: Free Energy, UFO's, and Other Scientific Revelations," opens with the story about Brian's third visit and interview with Sathya Sai Baba in India. This book's Acknowledgements mentions some familiar names like Bruce DePalma, Andrew Mount, Shiuji Inomata, Paramahama Tewari, Hal Puthoff, and Jeanne Manning who wrote her 1996 landmark book, "The Coming Energy Revolution: The Search for Free Energy," and she wrote Foreword for Miracle in the Void. Jeanne was also a participant in our first of three Global Crisis Solutions Conference in 1997, at UCSB with Dr Fred Wood - as a briefing for HH Dalai Lama's first Science Advisor, Dr Robert Livingstone, professor of neurosciences at UCSD.
Brian's two earlier books look at the UFO/abduction phenomenon, the Mars face, crop circles, the near-death experience, reincarnation, psychokinesis, mind-over-matter, healing, and the latest theories on physics and consciousness. Miracle in the Void focuses on our potential to tap the abundant "zero point" (free) energy of space itself, the space in which matter resides. He says we are entering a Consciousness Revolution, based on an emerging sacred science.
In one of his earlier books Brian shows a photograph one of the many objects that Sai Baba materialized, "from thin air" and gifted to him. One was a ring with an absolutely huge diamond set into it. On such occasions Baba always explains the symbolism, that it means an admonishment to "die mind" to kill your mind in order to see reality clearly. When I asked about that, Brian couldn't it was a real diamond because it was so big. I asked hif he had tested it to see if it would scratch glass like any diamond would, but he wouldn't do that, much to my disappointment.
On February 15, 1994, Brian visited Bai Baba in India, starting "his third audience with the great swami, worker of miracles, considered by his fellow Indians as a living national monument. For three years in a row now io was co-leader of a dozen travelers on a "Saints and Miracles" tour of India. Sai Baba had taken a liking to me, perhaps because of my credentials as an ex-astronaut.
wiki/Brian_O'Leary
“Each year he had picked me out dof audiences, and invited my groups to his private quarters for one to two hour interviews. Several times during each visit, the swami had materialized things a few feet away from our unbelieving eyes. He also had begun some extraordinary healing experiences by a few of our group members.”
When we met privately, “He gazed into my eyes lovingly and intensely for a few moments. ‘What would you like to ask me?’ he began.
My main question regards the realization I’m having just before I came here to see you. Just before I came here to see Dr Paramahsma Tewari, in Karwar.
“Yes, I know him,” Baba said.
“Yes, he admired you very much and has a picture of you on the wall of a his laboratory. As you may know is chief project engineering for the Kaiga nuclear power plant construction project, the largest one in India. He has also developed a free energy machine. Do you know about free energy?”
“Yes, yes,” he smiled knowingly.
“Well my insight is this,” I continued. I saw Tewari create energy out of nothing. Then I have just seen you create matter out of nothing. matter out of nothing. That that must mean that nothing is something. It’s our conscious, right?
“Yes, yes! You’ve got it. That’s it!”

Isla Vista Memorial Peace Center 1983 Proposal
Evette Maria Justus (November 11, 1948 - January 14, 2006)
Below is a news article about the Memorial Peace Commission proposal of 1983, "dedicated to the memory of all those who have died before us" including Kevin Moran who was killed outside the Isla Vista Bank of America Building during the riots against the war there in the 1970's when that bank was burned down by protestors rioting to stop the Vietnam War. The bank was quickly rebuilt and was in operation until the early 1980's when the Bank of America closed it down and moved out. When the bank was cleaned out, this proposal was offered. This was not the first newspaper article on this Memorial Peace Commission proposal.

Memorial Peace Center
B Of A Building In I.V. Is Still Sought By Peace Commission
By Evette Justus
Nexus Staff Writer
After losing the entire former Bank of America building in Isla Vista to a video game room, the Memorial Peace Commission has begun negotiating with the present manager to sublease a portion of the building for the Isla Vista Memorial Peace Center.
The conditions of manager Hal Harris' lease, however, do not allow him to sublease any part of the property without approval from B of A officials.
Harris said he contacted B of A regarding the proposed sublease and was told by a bank official, whom he said chose to remain anonymous, that under no circumstances would B of A approve a sublease to the peace commission.
Daniel Jones, Bank of America vice president in the corporate real estate division, said the bank has not received any offers concerning proposals for sublease. "The bank is generally willing to do business with anyone capable of meeting the requirements," he said. The process for the leasing or subleasing of any B of A owned property follows a standard bank review and approval decision, Jones said.
On May 17, a discussion took place between Harris, the new 13-year lease holder of the former Bank building and David Crockett Williams, Jr., acting executive director of the Memorial Peace Commission for the creation of a peace center.
After the meeting, according to Harris, he felt understanding and agreement with the peace commission's proposal and was willing to sublease space in the building to the commission.
"Personally, I believe the B of A's reasons for denial of the sublease are strictly financial," Harris said. "I would like to help the peace commission become established here. However, B of A holds the lease and at this point there really is nothing I can do. I can't risk them getting angry at me."
"Hal Harris is open, supportive, and helpful to the cause of the peace commission's work here and the problem in communication is clearly between B of A and the peace commission, not with Hal Harris," Williams said. "We are preparing a proposal for the B of A and will be taking the proposal to the B of A president in Los Angeles soon in an effort to establish communications with that organization."
Harris said, "I have done all I can do to support the peace commission's efforts at this point and I just hope the peace commission and B of A officials can work out their differences. I just want to establish the type of place here that Isla Vista community members want to come and enjoy."
During the meeting, Williams presented Harris with an extensive statement of activities planned for the center. These include peace certification courses, religious services, social events, peace monument constructions, human relationship counseling, new inventions with specific applications for the cause of peace, and a "whole earth market" for distribution of peace commission endorsed products for living in harmony with nature.

A call to action, by Evette Justus
Summer 1983
A call to action, proclamation and reaffirmation to the women of Isla Vista. We as women know the power of nurture, the necessity of spiritual clarity, the value of oneness and the agony of feeling alone and powerless. We know this in our hearts because we are women.
Our love of all people, our desire to share, and our love of growth unites us as women - equal with men and ready to stand united for real solution to today's problem.
We are fortunate to live in Isla Vista - the center of consciousness and change is here in this place, and the bounty and abundance is here for us now!
As men, our brothers have been taught to a greater or lesser degree to strike out in violence and to attempt to shape a new world from gunpowder. We, as women, know the value of a kind word, the clarity of pure love and the necessity of firmness and gentleness combined.
1983 has been declared the summer of peace. As women, our role is complex. We are the tool for peace on this planet. We are the peacemakers by virtue of having been born women in this lifetime and to be living here in Isla Vista. We have been given the honor of working for the universal solution to hunger, abuse, fear, discrimination, and degradation of the human spirit: An awesome task, yet one that is soluable from within. from within we can experience peace and harmony and from this space of "centered" we find the power to act and be effective.
For me "Na Mu Myo Ho Ren Ge Kyo" is centering. For anyone else "Na Mu Myo Ho Ren Ge Kyo" can also be a valuable tool. However, the power of "Na Mu Myo Ho Ren Ge Kyo" is powerful in the reality that all beings are perfect and equal in that perfection.
"Na Mu Myo Ho Ren Ge Kyo" negates nothing. The person who centers through prayer to Jesus Christ is capable of intensification of prayer through the power of "Na Mu Myo Ho Ren Ge Kyo."
However, in 1983 our problem in the world has become so complex, spirituality is not enough. In everyday life, we must address reality based issues as well. For when one is hungry...

Evette Justus, 57, died on Jan. 14, 2006 at her residence in Lewiston, California, of natural causes. She was born on Nov. 11, 1948 in Kansas. She lived for many years in Isla Vista California near UCSB. During 1977 she was the executive secretary of the Isla Vista Community Council. She related from Guadalupe, California to Trinity County in 2004. She was a homemaker. She is survived by her daughter, Alyx Gille, residing in Ireland, and her partner of two decades "Sam", ie, Steven A. Michaelson.
I met Evette when she was a reporter for the UCSB student newspaper who was sent on an assignment to interview me for an article in the newspaper. Within a few weeks we teamed up and had a couple of years together of intense and productive partnership in peace activities and I think that time was special to her as well as to me. There are a few more newspaper articles that came out during that time that also mention her but I have not yet typed them up and posted them which I will now work towards doing as an earlier priority.
We went to the Rainbow Gathering in California together in the summer of 1984 and also to the spring gathering that year in Arizona and from there conducted the peace walk to the Big Mountain area on the Hopi and Navajo Indian reservations and both had some special experiences there during those adventures. Also during our time together we did some things promoting the work in Santa Barbara of Bruce DePalma when she was coordinating the Students for a Nuclear Free Future group on campus there and under whose auspices she was able to arrange for some presentations at the University of his work on the new energy technologies to replace nuclear and fossil fuel power.
We know that her spirit will always be with us and that only her body will not. We had some special spiritual experiences together including, uniquely in my life, her chanting and drumming with me the Na Mu Myo Ho Ren Ge Kyo mantra per the teachings of Fujii Guruji, and she went with me to the Sai Baba center in Southern California where the elder there gave us their special symbol to put onto the peace pole which was done during our caravan to Dallas discussed in other articles here of July-August 1984.
